Delivery now also reaches the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Luxembourg City, Lille, Paris, Aachen, Cologne, Düsseldorf and everywhere in between. Wherever you are, the delivery price depends on your address and on how much you order, and it is worked out in the basket.

Is delivery really free in Brussels?
Yes, from €50 of purchases, delivery in Brussels is free.
Do you deliver outside Brussels?
Yes, all over Belgium, with fees calculated per kilometre from central Brussels.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany, at the same per-kilometre rate. The exact amount appears at checkout once you have chosen your country and entered your address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery starts the day after the order at the earliest: checkout offers the first available day.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum is required. The €50 threshold only applies to free delivery in Brussels.
Which days do you deliver?
Every day of the year except 25 December and 1 January, the only closing days.
Can I get a discount on delivery fees?
Yes: a discount is applied automatically for every additional €8 spent.
What you can have delivered
Keeping and serving your pastéis de nata
A pastel de nata is best eaten the same day: the puff pastry decides, and it softens as it takes up moisture from the custard. Keep them at room temperature rather than in the fridge if you are eating them within the day. They are eaten warm or at room temperature, with no need to reheat them.
Large quantities, offices and events
For an office platter, a meeting or a family gathering, tell us the number of pieces and the date and we will confirm it is feasible before you order. Use the contact form for larger volumes rather than the online cart.
Two dates to avoid
