Wooly Pâtisserie has been going since 2015. The brand brings handmade Portuguese pastry to Belgium, built around the one product that sums it up: the pastel de nata. Four shops keep it running today across Brussels and Walloon Brabant, open all year round, weekends included.

We are not looking for an investor who delegates. A Wooly Pâtisserie is held up by its owner: behind the counter, knowing the regulars and the neighbourhood, and as attached to the consistency of the product as we are. Experience in food retail helps, but it matters less than daily presence and a taste for dealing with people.
