Wooly Pâtisserie builds birthday cakes to order in Brussels, in its own workshop, for children's parties as much as for the big round numbers. The entry size weighs 1.5 kg and costs €190. Everything starts there: weight, flavour, decoration, collection date.
We do not keep display cakes ready. Every order is assembled for one particular party, with the first name, the number or the theme you give us. That is why we ask for two weeks between your order and the moment you walk out with the box.
What we build
Four families come back again and again, and the product page offers them all:
- Number cake: the age cut out of a crisp biscuit, filled with cream and set with flowers, macarons or chocolates.
- Layer cake: tiers of soft sponge alternating with fillings, then smoothed cleanly over the full height.
- Themed cake: superheroes, jungle, fairy tales, vintage chic. You give the lead, we translate it into sugar.
- Clean design: minimal finishes, colour gradients, fresh flowers placed at the last minute.
Flavours and weights that actually exist
Six flavours are listed on the product page: chocolate, praline chocolate, egg custard, red fruits, Oreo and red velvet. They cross with thirty-eight weights, from 1.5 kg to 30 kg, which makes 228 combinations you assemble yourself before confirming the basket.
Price follows weight, with no hidden supplement:
- 1.5 kg: €190, roughly 8 to 10 servings
- 2 kg: €220
- 3 kg: €280
- 5 kg: €400
- 10 kg: €700
- 20 kg: €1,300
- 30 kg: €1,900
The rule is simple: every extra half kilo is worth €30 up to 10 kg, then every kilo is worth €60 up to 30 kg. The 6 % VAT is already included in those amounts.

How to order
Three routes lead to the same cake.
- Straight online. On the custom birthday cake page, pick the flavour, then the weight. The price recalculates at every click. You pay, we confirm the date.
- By quotation. For a complicated build, a logo, a precise decoration or an allergy to work around, use the contact form. We answer with a priced proposal before any payment.
- In a shop. Our teams take the order at the counter and show you what is feasible in the time you have left.

If nobody can come by, home delivery covers Brussels for €10, free from €50 of purchase, and outside Brussels for €20 plus €1 per kilometre from the centre. The exact amount appears when you confirm the basket, according to your address.
Carrying and serving
An assembled cake travels flat, never upright, and preferably in a cool boot. Take it out of the cold about thirty minutes before serving: the cream softens again and the cut stays clean. A thin blade dipped in hot water between two slices does the rest.

Two weeks minimum between the order and collection. That delay is not a formality: cream is whipped to order, decoration is sculpted, and a production slot has to exist. For a busy date, take a little more time still.
