A taste of Portugal, brought to Brussels.
Wooly Pâtisserie is a Portuguese pastry shop founded in 2015 in Waterloo. Pastéis de nata in 7 flavours, at €3.90 each, are waiting in our 4 shops: Rue des Tongres 16 (Etterbeek), Rue de l'Église 100 (Woluwe-Saint-Pierre), Rue Xavier De Bue 63 (Uccle) and Chaussée de Bruxelles 193-195 (Waterloo). Order online and we also deliver to Germany.
It all started in 2015, with one simple conviction: Brussels deserved to discover authentic Portuguese pastry. Not an imitation, not an adaptation, but the genuine pastel de nata recipe, passed down in Portugal for generations.
Every pastry is handmade, every day, using the same gestures and the same ingredients our Portuguese artisans have always used. No shortcuts, no industrial preparation: just real, homemade quality.
In 2016, we wanted to go even further and come to you with the Nata Mobile. Today, 4 shops in Brussels and Waterloo welcome you, but the spirit remains the same: that of a small family bakery that has kept its soul.

What is Wooly Pâtisserie?
Wooly Pâtisserie is a Portuguese pastry shop founded in 2015, with four shops in Etterbeek, Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (Stockel), Uccle and Waterloo. Our Portuguese pastry chefs make pastéis de nata in seven flavours, sweet Portuguese specialities, savoury bites, cupcakes and custom cakes. You order online, to collect in store or delivered to your door.
Can I order pastéis de nata online?
Yes, right here on this website. Put your pastéis de nata in the basket and choose Click and Collect, ready in 45 minutes in one of our four shops, or home delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France or Germany. The delivery price depends on address and quantity and is worked out in the basket.
Do you deliver to Germany?
Yes, across Germany, from Aachen to Cologne and Düsseldorf and any other city, with the same calculation as in Belgium. The delivery price depends on address and quantity and is worked out in the basket before you pay. You pick the delivery day yourself from the dates offered.
How much is a pastel de nata at Wooly?
€3.90 each, whichever of the seven flavours you choose: vanilla, chocolate praline, salted caramel, chestnut, lemon, strawberry or speculoos. From six pieces a quantity discount applies, shown on the product page.
Are the Wooly shops open on Sundays?
Yes, all four shops open on Sundays: Etterbeek from 9 am to 8.30 pm, Stockel from 10 am to 6.30 pm, Waterloo and Uccle from 10 am to 7 pm. We close only on 25 December and 1 January.
