Who can open a PRO account?
Any professional with a Belgian or European VAT number: restaurant, bar, hotel, caterer, bakery, food truck, canteen, wholesaler. Every request is checked manually before activation.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, for our delivered trade ranges, anywhere in Belgium, with no minimum order value — only the per-product minimum quantities apply. Allow around 15 days of production lead time.
Can I get a quote before paying?
Yes. At the end of your order you choose either immediate payment or a PDF quote showing your details, our bank account and a transfer reference. The order stays on hold until payment is received.
Will I receive a Peppol e-invoice?
Yes, if you enable the option when registering. Your invoice is then sent over the Peppol network in line with the Belgian B2B e-invoicing mandate, in addition to the PDF sent by email.
How does free storage in Zaventem work?
The Pick-up store range lets you buy boxes stored free of charge for two months in our warehouse at Excelsiorlaan 49, 1930 Zaventem, and collect them gradually from your dashboard.
Which products do you offer to professionals?
Our sweet pastéis de nata in seven flavours, our Portuguese croquettes in three varieties, our pastéis de bacalhau and our savoury nata. All made in our Brussels workshop, to the traditional Portuguese recipe.
Do you deliver outside Brussels?
Yes, throughout Belgium: Flanders, Wallonia and the Brussels Region. Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, Namur, Charleroi, Bruges and Hasselt are served just like Brussels.
