How it differs from a standard caterer
A buffet is eaten sitting down, table by table, among people who already know each other. A counter where you come and collect a warm pastry keeps everyone moving — that is simply how it works, and it is often exactly what you want when you bring together teams that rarely meet. Service runs continuously, with no fixed slot, so your programme stays untouched.
Invoicing, VAT and Peppol
You receive a proper Belgian invoice, with VAT and your company number. If your organisation receives invoices through Peppol, simply tick the option when ordering: the electronic invoice goes out over the network alongside the PDF. A downloadable quote with a structured reference is available if your accounting department needs a purchase order before payment.
How much for your headcount
Allow two pieces per person for an end-of-day gathering, three if the foodtruck replaces dessert at a meal. Orders start at 100 pieces, in steps of 100, and every 100 pieces gives you one free hour on site: for 150 staff, 300 pieces cover the event and include three hours of service.
