A good hour from Brussels, forty-five kilometres on the A12 or the E19. We mostly serve company parties and shop openings there, in Antwerp itself but also in Mechelen, Turnhout, Lier and Mol. The city centre has a low emission zone and quayside streets often closed by works: give us the exact address and we check access before confirming. For a tight pitch, in the small streets around Het Zuid, the Velo Truck travels instead.
Fifty-five kilometres, under an hour outside rush hour. Ghent calls us mainly for weddings in converted farmhouses and for university receptions; the rest of the province for staff parties in Aalst, Dendermonde, Sint-Niklaas and Oudenaarde. Venues there are often farm buildings with an inner courtyard, which suits us well: space, a socket, and firm ground. The historic centre, however, needs a parking arrangement agreed in advance.
Ninety-five kilometres to Bruges, a little more to the sea. We cover Kortrijk, Ostend, Roeselare, Ypres, Waregem, Knokke-Heist and Veurne. The coast has its own rhythm: many events in summer, season openings in spring, late-season weddings in September. Much of the Bruges centre is pedestrian or restricted; depending on the street it is the Velo Truck that goes in, and the delivery time matters as much as the address.
Ninety-five kilometres on the E40, an hour and a quarter. Liège, Verviers, Huy, Waremme and Seraing. These are usually family celebrations and company evenings, in venues along the Meuse or up on the heights. The terrain changes one concrete thing: steep approaches and sloping yards do not work for the truck, which has to stand level to serve. A small venue car park beats a beautiful tilted terrace.
Sixty kilometres to Charleroi, a little more to Mons and Tournai. We mostly see openings, staff parties on industrial estates and large family birthdays. The province has many former industrial sites turned into event venues: excellent pitches, wide and flat, provided you tell us the internal traffic rules and the no-parking zones. La Louvière, Binche, Ath and Soignies fit into the same journey.
Sixty-five kilometres to Namur, twenty-five to Wavre: after Brussels this is our closest area. Walloon Brabant concentrates the head offices of Louvain-la-Neuve and Wavre, so conferences and team days during the week. Namur and the Meuse valley lean towards weddings and christenings, in farms and châteaux. It is also the region where we most readily accept a late request, because the journey stays short.
Eighty kilometres to Hasselt, an hour on the road. Genk, Sint-Truiden, Tongeren, Beringen. Receptions there are often held on estates and in country halls, with large car parks and no access constraints: these are the simplest journeys we make. The distance is paid in kilometres, not in complications. In high season we ask you to book a little earlier, because a return trip to Limburg blocks half a day more than a Brussels event.
Twenty-five kilometres to Leuven, often less to the surrounding municipalities. Zaventem, Vilvoorde, Halle, Dilbeek, Tervuren, Grimbergen: this is the ring where we work most often midweek, for conference breaks and office receptions. The business parks around the airport all ask the same thing: a badge, a logistics gate and a security contact who has been told. Send them with the booking and arrival takes ten minutes instead of an hour.

Yes. Within the 19 Brussels municipalities transport is a flat rate. Elsewhere it is charged on the actual mileage from Brussels and appears in the configurator as soon as you enter the address, before any payment. No supplement is discovered afterwards.
No. Orders start everywhere at 100 pieces, in batches of 100, and each batch includes one hour on site. Only transport varies with distance.
Count two to three months for a summer Saturday in West Flanders, Limburg or the province of Liège, because a long return trip ties up the crew for longer. For Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant, a few weeks are often enough.
A level, reachable pitch, the venue’s agreement, and an ordinary power socket. We need no water, no kitchen and none of your staff. Disposable tableware is included and we leave with our service waste.
Yes, the whole of Belgium is covered. These are our longest journeys and therefore the ones where transport weighs most in the quote: ask for the calculation before fixing the date and you avoid a surprise.
