In Portugal, salgados are eaten at the counter, with drinks or as a quick meal. At Wooly Pâtisserie, our Portuguese pastry chefs make:

• Pastel de bacalhau: the salt cod croquette;
• Shrimp rissóis and suckling pig rissóis: breaded half-moon turnovers;
• Meat chamuças: crispy triangles filled with meat;
• Empanadas with 4 fillings: chicken, black pork, suckling pig, duck with mushrooms;
• Vegetarian crêpe;
• Savoury pastel de nata in 5 flavours: spinach and cheese, chicken and bacon, mushrooms, salmon and courgette, salt cod with cream;
• Bifana and chorizo bread, the Portuguese sandwiches.

Croquettes, rissóis, chamuças, empanadas, crêpe and savoury natas are 3.90 EUR each.
